RETURNS

Returns Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at hello@tipsytwinsphotobooth.com or phone 714-659-3418, to request a return authorization number (RMA). Please provide order#, issue with the item and your contact info.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the RMA number.

  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Shipping labels are not provided.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, items must be:

  1. Returned within 14 days of delivery.

  2. In their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

  3. Not damaged or altered in any way.

  4. Accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped to the original shipping address.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item to us. We will pay for the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the damage. We will arrange for the return of the damaged item and send you a replacement item free of charge.
